Bitcoin price has now managed to stay above $69,000 as March comes to a close. However, excitement for a new all-time high (ATH) is weak. Bitcoin‘s price, which reached its highest level ever earlier in March, is currently in a consolidation phase. What about WIF Coin? What dollar value is the third-largest meme coin targeting?
Dogwifhat (WIF)
According to CoinMarketCap data, WIF Coin reached $4.64, setting its ATH. Moreover, it climbed to the third spot among the largest meme coins by market cap. The Solana-based meme coin stands out with a weekly surge of over 87% and continues to maintain its strong position.
Dogwifhat, with a market cap of $4.3 billion, is currently the third-largest meme coin, and despite being new to the market, its rapid growth showcases the scale of WIF Coin excitement. Among all cryptocurrencies, WIF Coin is ranked 31st.
The price has increased by 431% in a very short time, and one of the largest WIF Coin whales continues to avoid selling. According to Coinstats, the wallet contains tokens worth a total of $139.5 million, acquired at an average price of $0.32. The net profit would be $127.3 million if sold today.
What Will WIF Coin’s Price Be?
Dogwifhat’s price surged after fans raised $700,000 to advertise the token logo at the Las Vegas sphere. Arthur Hayes had previously mentioned in his price assessment that the new and popular meme coin could rise to $10.
Arthur Hayes, former CEO of BitMEX and current Chief Investment Officer of Maelstrom, sees the price nearing the $5 mark today following his assessment on March 14. A roughly 10% increase could bring the price to the anticipated target.
However, the $10 level could be a significant threshold for WIF Coin. If its already significantly increased market cap grows eightfold, it could surpass Dogecoin and become the king of meme coins, which would correspond to a unit price of $30.8. Despite the strong hype, such a target seems unrealistic in the short to medium term. As the market cap grows, a much stronger flow of money is needed to push the price higher.
