Bitcoin Surges Past $69,000, but Pulls Back After Trump's Speech
Bitcoin (BTC) briefly surged above $69,000 on Friday afternoon, but failed to sustain the level and retreated to around $67,000. The price increase coincided with Donald Trump's speech, which was highly anticipated for its potential impact on the cryptocurrency market.
Despite Trump's pro-Bitcoin remarks, the market reacted negatively, with BTC's price falling back to $67,000.
Santiment Highlights Undervalued Altcoins
Santiment, a leading crypto analytics firm, identified several altcoins that have the potential to rise, based on their market value to realized value (MVRV) Z-score.
The MVRV Z-score is a measure of whether an asset is undervalued or overvalued. An asset with a low MVRV Z-score is considered undervalued, while an asset with a high MVRV Z-score is considered overvalued.
According to Santiment, undervalued altcoins with low MVRV Z-scores include:
- Uniswap (UNI)
- Shiba Inu (SHIB)
- Polygon (MATIC)
- Chainlink (LINK)
- Cardano (ADA)
- XRP
For investors willing to take on more risk, Santiment also pointed to Toncoin (TON), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Dogecoin (DOGE).
