Most Discussed Altcoins Data on Social Media Platforms Announced: “Ethereum and Dogecoin are Ignored, But This Altcoin…”

Cryptocurrency analysis firm Santiment has shared recent data on the most discussed crypto assets across social media platforms.

Bitcoin remains the most talked-about asset on social media, as expected. Notably, Cardano (ADA) witnessed a surge in mentions. Conversely, Ethereum (ETH) and Dogecoin (DOGE), typically prominent in cryptocurrency discussions, had minimal mentions.

Santiment sourced this data from social media platforms including Reddit, Telegram, 4Chan, Bitcointalk, and Farcaster.

In a separate analysis published by Santiment, Cardano gained attention due to significant accumulation by "whale" and "shark" cryptocurrency investors over the past 15 months.

Despite its popularity, Cardano currently trades at $0.78, well below its all-time high of $3.10.
