In Hong Kong, HashKey Global, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a significant expansion in its crypto derivatives offerings by launching new perpetual futures contracts for Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Avalanche (AVAX).

Details of the New Perpetual Futures Contracts

The new perpetual futures contracts offer investors the opportunity to trade with leverage up to 10x. All contracts are USDT-based and have a capped funding rate of +0.75% / -0.75%, with funding fees paid every eight hours. These contracts are designed to provide flexibility to investors, allowing 24/7 trading in line with the continuous nature of the cryptocurrency market.

Each contract is customized to align with the characteristics of the respective cryptocurrency. The SOLUSDT contract, based on the SOL/USDT pair, has a tick size of 0.01. In contrast, the DOGEUSDT contract, reflecting Dogecoin's lower unit price, has a smaller tick size of 0.00001. The AVAXUSDT contract, based on the AVAX/USDT pair, shares the same tick size of 0.01 as the SOLUSDT contract.

HashKey Global emphasized that these new contracts aim to meet the diverse needs of investors, offering more options and better liquidity to enhance their trading experience. The crypto exchange also stated its commitment to evolving with market trends and continuously improving its product offerings to provide a more comprehensive trading platform.

Approval from Bermuda Monetary Authority

In addition to the new derivatives, HashKey Global announced that it received regulatory approval from the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) to launch its futures trading platform. Initially, this platform will focus on Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) futures, offering leverage up to 10x. This regulatory approval marks a critical milestone for the crypto exchange in providing a secure and regulated trading environment.
