However, the $3.6 support level proved resilient, enabling bulls to initiate a rally that formed a rounding bottom pattern. Currently, HNT trades above both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), indicating a bullish trend.

Furthermore, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 70, suggesting strong buying momentum.

The Helium price analysis on the 4-hour chart reveals a robust bullish trend, with HNT trading within the upper boundary of the rounding bottom pattern. Bulls are aiming to breach the $6.0 resistance level, targeting $8.5.

However, the 50-day SMA remains below the 200-day SMA, potentially triggering a price retracement. In such an event, bears may exert pressure at this level, driving the price down to the next support at $5.06, coinciding with the 200-day SMA.
