Major PEPE Whale Sells 700 Billion Tokens on Binance

According to blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain, a PEPE whale sold 700 billion tokens worth $7.8 million on the Binance exchange today.

The whale's remaining PEPE holdings are valued at $9.23 million, indicating a loss of $3.5 million.

At press time, PEPE is trading at $0.00001197, up 10% in the past 24 hours. However, it remains 21% below its value a month ago.

The meme coin sector is experiencing a recovery after Bitcoin's rally. Dogwifhat (WIF) and Bonk (BONK) are leading the gains, both up around 20%.

Meanwhile, another whale recently lost $4.6 million on WIF before buying it back at a higher price, Lookonchain reported.

WIF is down 61% from its all-time high of $4.83 reached on March 31st, making it one of the worst performers among meme coins. In contrast, PEPE is down only 32% from its March 27th peak.
