Renowned crypto trader "DonAlt" recently provided an analysis of two popular altcoins: Dogecoin (DOGE) and XRP.

Since the beginning of November, both cryptocurrencies have surged by over 140%. Despite their substantial market capitalizations, they continue to be among the top performers in the altcoin market.

However, their price performances differ. XRP has outperformed DOGE in the past two days, gaining 37% compared to DOGE's 8.8%.

DonAlt observed this divergence and suggested that DOGE could potentially follow XRP's recent price pattern.

"DOGE is the budget version of XRP," DonAlt tweeted on November 22, 2024.

DonAlt's prediction is based on the historical behavior of both assets after rapid price spikes. While XRP has entered an accumulation phase with strong performance over the past two days, DOGE's price remains within a narrow range.
